How the Mark of the beast could appear — Tony — Antonakos Maritis

The main passage in the Bible that mentions the “mark of the beast” is Revelation 13:15–18. Other references can be found in Revelation 14:9, 11, 15:2, 16:2, 19:20, and 20:4. This mark acts as a seal for the followers of Antichrist and the false prophet (the spokesperson for the Antichrist). The false prophet (the second beast) is the one who causes people to take this mark. The mark is literally placed in the hand or forehead and is not simply a card someone carries.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads” Revelation 13:16

This is the mark of the Beast everyone must accept in order to buy or sell goods or to get in and out of buildings, toll bridges or any form of social travel, or commerce, all will require the mark. It will be very much like the Germans during World War II required papers simply to move from one check point to the next.

Only this experience will be much worse, because they are looking for Christians to kill. Christians are basically the only people remaining during this period, that will not take the mark. All of this will be reminiscent of Hitler and the Holocaust by the Nazis, which was type and shadow of this period.

This mark, by economic means, forces man to forsake any chance at salvation, because to accept the mark is certain eternal death in the Lake of Fire (Rev. 14:9–11). Enter the “One World Currency” and “One World Government”.

This single act of accepting the mark will catch many unaware of the spiritual and eternal consequences. The subtlety is that many will simply take the mark in the form of a tattoo or design easily scanned off the skin. No more credit cards or use of cash, a simple credit and debit system. It will simplify commerce as the One World Currency and method of trade around the world, most convenient.

People will take the mark simply to buy groceries, ignorant of the penalty. Once you take the mark, regardless of your ignorance, you are forever lost. Most of the people lost during this time will be those who are simply trying to survive, all the “good neighbors” and the “girl next door” types. Most will not even worship the Beast, but it will be of no consequence to their fate in the end, lost.
